Standard Returns

We gladly accepts returns of Uwell systems purchased on our website/shop for a replacement  within 06 months of purchase.

Other hardware’s we will issue replacements within 7 working days for purchases within 30 days. 

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are NON RETURNABLE:

• E-Liquids
• Atomizers – such as RDA & Tanks
• Disposable Vape
• Replacement Pods & Coils – if temper foil is broken
• Replacement Coils – if temper seal is broken
• Spare Parts – Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings
• Hemp Products
• Rechargeable Batteries
